The CatatBisnis app is designed to help SMEs manage their daily business activities in a practical and efficient way. All record-keeping is done digitally, minimizing manual errors and making it easier to monitor finances and product stock.

Main Dashboard

  • Displays a quick summary of the business, such as:

    • Total sales for today/week/month.

    • Latest product stock.

    • Summary of cash inflow & outflow.

    • Notifications for due debts/receivables.

  • All data can be accessed in a single view, allowing users to see the business condition in real-time.

Products

  • Feature to record all products being sold, including:

    • Product name, category, selling price, purchase price.

    • Initial stock, stock in/out, and current stock.

  • Easily Add/Edit/Delete products.

  • Automatically updates stock when there are sales or purchase transactions.

  • Includes search and filter features to facilitate inventory management.

Sales

  • Record all daily sales transactions.

  • Key features:

    • Select products from the stock list.

    • Enter quantity sold, price, discount, and payment method.

    • Automatically reduces product stock.

  • Export sales reports to PDF for daily/weekly/monthly reports.

  • Add notes for each transaction.

  • Transaction history view makes it easier to track sales.

Debts & Receivables

  • Record all debts to be paid and receivables to be received.

    • Add/Edit/Delete debts/receivables.

  • Generate reports in PDF format that can be printed or shared.

    • Daily/weekly/monthly sales.

    • Product stock.

    • Debts & receivables.
